Lunch Programs

Lunch Choices Your child/children have the following options for their lunch: 1) Packed lunch brought from home. 2) Pre-order lunch through our lunch service provider, The Great American Lunch Box (TGALB). For more information on this program, click the TGALB link located on the bottom right on Serra’s homepage of the website or by going to Campus Life > Lunch Programs. 3) On full day Fridays and occasionally during the month, we have fundraising lunches which currently include (but are not limited to) In-N-Out and Baja Fresh. These also must be pre-ordered. More information and forms are available by going to Campus Life > Lunch Programs. (Juice It Up is also available, but we recommend this as a supplement only to your child’s lunch.) In the morning, please review with your child what the plan is for their lunch. If you are bringing in a lunch for your child, please make sure their first and last name and classroom (e.g. 3B, 7A) is clearly marked on the lunch and place the lunch on the applicable shelf of the lunch cart located in the School Lobby. In most cases, a child will know by their morning break time that they do not have a lunch at which time they should inform their teacher and ask to call home to see if a lunch could be brought in for them.
